Ideal for those wanting a break
Staff was really attentive and seemed to genuinely care about making the stay special. They left us a nice bottle of wine in our room for my birthday which was a thoughtful touch.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what we got it was worth it.

We loved the hotel's breakfast buffet! The variety was amazing, catering to everyone’s tastes, including hearty options for the kids. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, allowing us to enjoy sights like the Old Town Square.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly distractions in the room.

The breakfast here was a total game-changer, with plenty of choices like pancakes and even free prosecco! Plus, the bar staff were friendly and offered us ice on those hot summer days—very thoughtful! Our stay in the Deluxe Double Room with Castle View was perfect for a romantic getaway. I can’t stop raving about it!
However, the noise from the busy street woke us at odd hours, and the service in the restaurant was less than stellar. We waited ages for our meal, and when it arrived, it was cold and not up to par. It seems the chef might've been having an off day, but we still found reasons to enjoy our stay!

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We loved the breakfast selection and the comfy rooms. Conveniently close to the Clock and Wenceslas Square, made sightseeing super easy. Seriously, you can't go wrong staying here.
One downside was the late check-in time at 3 PM, which felt a bit inconvenient after a long journey.

The Majestic Plaza Hotel impressed me with its stylish décor and high ceilings. The room was spacious, letting me unwind easily. Morning breakfast offered a fantastic variety. I especially liked the fresh fruits and local jams. Staff remained attentive and helpful but could improve their efficiency during busy times. The location worked well for exploring, just a pleasant walk away from Old Town. However, despite being nice, the rooms felt a bit warm. an adjustment about climate control would help ensure comfort. Also, I noticed some noise from adjacent rooms, which could interrupt rest. Still, the quick access to public transport and friendly service made my stay enjoyable.
